- Built REST API-driven data workflows and reusable DAX measures, date logic, fiscal-year logic, KPI calculations, filters, and slicers.
- Designed an AI-assisted Python workflow for batched crosswalk analysis using geospatial coordinates, image data, concurrency, caching, structured logging, error handling, and restart-safe execution.
- Developed a web-based Degradation Fee Calculator that translated municipal business rules into a validated, repeatable calculation workflow.
