AI Crosswalk Detection Program
- Purpose
- Assist identification of crosswalk features from geospatial coordinates and image data instead of relying entirely on manual review.
- Contribution
- Designed and developed a Python processing workflow with external API data, concurrent and batched processing, caching, restart-safe execution, structured logging, error handling, and structured output for downstream analysis.

Public Works Performance Management / KPI Dashboards
- Purpose
- Centralize operational reporting and KPI monitoring for City of Kansas City Public Works programs.
- Contribution
- Designed Power BI dashboards, reusable DAX measures, fiscal-year and fiscal-month logic, dynamic date behavior, KPI cards, filters, slicers, goals, status indicators, and historical reporting. Integrated and cleaned data from REST APIs, Excel, ArcGIS, Survey123, and operational systems.

- Purpose
- Give City staff a consistent, repeatable way to calculate municipal degradation fees from established business rules.
- Contribution
- Translated operational and engineering requirements into application logic, then developed the web interface, input validation, and deterministic calculation workflow.
